The magical Eiger view from my room made every morning a delight! Staff members were cute and provided really good service, even on their first day.

The check-in process felt a bit rigid at 3 PM, leading to some frustration after a long travel day.

We greatly enjoyed the hotel, generous breakfast.

we had a great bedroom. the location of the hotel was central, just next door to the gondolas outside, great hiking, skiing, sight-seeing, and exciting nightlife, and comfortable.

The private parking was on-site, EXCEPTIONAL service. We had the classic triple room which was updated. The staff were all very, very nice, which was unquestionably a plus. The location was marvellous and very special yet it was near downtown area, just 10 minutes by foot.

The outdoor spa under the stars was surreal.

Nice view, good location, nice spa-center, good breakfasts.

Tree-course menu for dinner - a-la-carte woulld be better.

It was the best experience in Swiss and I have to confess that I am going to come back, which is very unusual for me , usually I prefer to change destinations

Mountains, and the staff were cute. The breakfast was great with plenty of varieties. The pool's child access hours limited family time, which would have been valuable for us.

Hotel staff were outstanding - everyone from check in to housekeeper were genuinely friendly and helpful. The spa, especially the outdoor jacuzzi, were a great feature. My room was excellent, contemporary design, very functional and a great night's sleep, plus a stunning view of the Eiger. Hotel is not cheap, but is absolutely worth the price.

upgraded hotel room

We paid for a superior room but was offered a comfort room instead which was small and the colours were not nice and definetely not as advertised. Had to upgrade to an executive suite. The upgrade saved our vacation.

The stay was focused on enjoying the amazing views, which did not disappoint. The room we had was spacious and comfortable, allowing for a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring. The staff at breakfast were attentive, making the dining experience a delight, despite the dinner not meeting our expectations. The ambiance of the hotel and its proximity to various attractions added to the enjoyment of our trip.

The room was airy: exceptionally comfortable bed, spacious bathroom. It was in a classic building with unforgettable view over Eiger mountain and Grendelwald.

The hotel features stunning views and friendly staff. Check-in was frustratingly delayed, and the air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool at night. Despite this, the breakfast was excellent and the ambiance nice, ensuring a pleasant visit overall.

Wonderfull wellness and spa. A private bus brought us directly to the ski departure. Very well centered for shopping and eating.

the staff is very friendly, the hotel is very well situated and everything is cleaned up. you get a free welcome drink upon arrival and a member of the staff does show you your room not only give you the key.
